The City of Radley is one of the most important in the Kingdom of Carpathia. Radley is home of the one of the worlds most prestigious universities, Radley University, which has been the historic seat of Carpathian learning for over 2000 years. The city is also a protected heritage area with some of the greatest examples of Carpathian Georgian Architecture.
